Refund Policy

About our return policies-

We, at, are committed to provide you with the best products. However, sometimes a few exceptional cases do happen.

In all fairness-

Since all our products are of edible grade(eatables), no returns are accepted. If any received item is damaged/defective, the customers should report on the same day and request for an exchange. They will be replaced accordingly. Customers are requested to keep the receipt of order in case of replacement.

Kindly keep in mind that the damaged product should be in original condition (as it was received by you).

Also, in case of replacement, if the product is damaged in transit (we expect you to return it safely and securely), we will not be responsible for the same and hence will not be in a position to replace it.

All decisions taken by Paras Export regarding refunds will be final. The customer will be refunded within 7 working days after the claim is approved by the financial team to the bank account as provided by customer after claim approval.
